Marathon Cyclist >>
Ged past half-way mark

Ged Vivian is over two weeks into his cycle ride from Land's End to John O'Groats. The first week was particularly tough - with extreme weather and very hilly terrain. However, since crossing in Gloucestershire, Ged has been able to make good progress. This week Ged is on the outskirts of the Lake District - heading for Scotland. However, Ged expects his marathon cycle ride will take him a week or so longer to complete that he initially predicted.

We are delighted to report that we have received a number of generous donation from existing ATR supporters, as well as corporate sponsorships, including a donation from Virgin Mobile in support of Ged Vivian's marathon cycle ride.
